Please note that all special Sale promotions are excluded from our return policy. All sales Final. If you want to exchange for another size please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. Thank you

If you want to exchange or return your item, you will need to cover the return shipping cost to do so. Domestic returns are eligible for up to 7 days from the date of delivery for full refund to original form of payment less the shipping cost. ALL DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE. 

- Discounted and special sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

- Returned items must have hang tags attached and be returned in original    packaging

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or washing

- To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us at contact@simonefan.com with your order within 7 days of delivery with your order number and why you'd like to return your item(s). Your return has to arrive in our office within 7 days of the confirmation email for a full refund. Return items will not be accepted after that. 

Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as SIMONE FAN is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your product.
